Stones of Meaning

Life Coaching

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.  Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.” Marianne Williamson

At HERD our raison d'être is supporting development.  We can do this through our work with horses or in a more traditional coaching setting. With over 20 years experience, Kate's coaching style involves helping people to recognise and fully utilise their own skills and solutions to realise their potential.

Kate’s coaching style is empowering, confidence building and insightful.  Her approach is motivated by a belief that we learn best through support and challenge and sometimes benefit from the questioning insight of others to help us tap in to our own resources and solutions.

Kate has a diploma in Performance Coaching and certificates in Coaching for Confidence and Mindfulness for Peak Performance and Wellbeing.  She is an NLP Practitioner, qualifying with the acclaimed Sue Knight in 2006, and has experienced first-hand the power of NLP to unlock limiting beliefs and empower themselves.

What to expect

Coaching can take place face-to-face, via Skype or the phone.  During an initial coaching consultation we will explore your goals for coaching – why you are contacting us and what you would like to achieve.  We will then agree a programme of coaching, generally between 5-10 sessions.

Chalkboard with Different Languages

Language Coaching

Giving you the confidence to speak with authenticity

Experiencing first hand the joys and challenges of raising a multi-lingual third culture child was one of the things that motivated Kylie to gain the TEFL(Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language).

Marrying over 20 years experience working in the complex worlds of Professional Services in the Law and Programme Management in the ICT Industry, Kylie currently supports Business Leaders in some of Luxembourg's leading organisations to fine tune their linguistic abilities. She also has a skill for supporting individuals in developing the confidence in English to express themselves authentically.
